How do I choose the right plan?
Every plan includes unlimited businesses, so you pick a plan by how many transactions your businesses have each month, not by how many businesses you own. Add up the bank transactions across all your businesses in a typical month and choose the plan that covers that. Core covers 750 transactions a month, Growth 2,000 and Scale 4,000. You can move up any time.
What counts as a reconciled transaction, and what happens if I reach my limit?
A reconciled transaction is a bank transaction that Ezyiah has matched and coded. Catching up on old books counts too, including statements you upload and up to 24 months of history from your live bank feed. Re-viewing and failed runs don't use any, and unused transactions roll over. If you reach your limit, your live bank feeds queue instead of dropping, so nothing is lost while you top up. Top-up packs start at 2,500 transactions for $85.
Do I pay extra for each business I add?
No. Every plan includes unlimited businesses and unlimited live bank feeds. Each business keeps its own separate books, and your plan only depends on how many transactions you reconcile in total.
