Building the new standard for Australian accounting

Ezyiah is AI-native accounting software built for Australian tax professionals. We automate bank reconciliation, BAS, and compliance reporting so Australian firms can spend their time on advisory, judgement, and client work.

We built this for ourselves first

This started inside our own firm. Every quarter we lost the same days to the same work, reconciling transactions and fixing categories before the real accounting could even begin. We were good at our jobs. The problem was that the work we got paid for came after hours of cleanup, and the software we paid for never touched that cleanup. So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it and built something that did.

We built this for ourselves first

Then we realised it wasn't just us

The tool worked. Our quarters got shorter, and the clients who used to sit at the bottom of the pile got dealt with first. The more we talked to other firms, the clearer it became that everyone was living the same week we used to. The same backlog, the same late nights before a deadline, the same good accountants doing work that had nothing to do with accounting. We had built Ezyiah to fix our own firm. It turned out we had built it for every firm.

Then we realised it wasn't just us

So we built Ezyiah

We could have wrapped an existing model and called it done. Most tools do. But we had spent enough quarters watching general AI get Australian tax wrong to know that would never work. A model that has never seen a BAS does not understand a BAS. So we built our own, trained on Australian compliance by the people in our firm who handle it every day. It does not reset between clients or forget what it learned last quarter. The engine doing the work is ours, built for the work as it actually is.

So we built Ezyiah

We're just getting started

Every update since launch has come from the firms using Ezyiah, telling us what still hurts. They wanted unlimited clients in one workspace, so we built it. They wanted unlimited live bank feeds that never break, so we built that too. They wanted 14 years of backlog cleared in a morning and daily books that stay current on their own, so that is what V2 became. We are building toward a firm that takes on a new client and walks away with every report ready to lodge. No prep, no cleanup, just the work we became accountants to do.

A note from our founders

We started Ezyiah because we were inside a firm watching what the work actually looked like.

Every quarter the same cleanup before the real accounting could begin. The client advisory, the complex work, everything accountants are actually paid for kept getting pushed to the end of the week. The processing never stopped.

Accountants are the most trusted advisers their clients have, and they deserve software that treats them that way.

Every feature in Ezyiah came from a client or our own team telling us something was still broken. Unlimited clients. Bank feeds that do not fail. Backlogs cleared in a morning. We shipped each one because someone asked us to.

When something is not right, tell us. We are listening.
