How do I choose the right plan?

Every plan includes unlimited clients, so you pick a plan by how many transactions you reconcile each month, not by how many clients you have. A rough guide is Core for firms with up to 50 clients, Growth for around 50 to 150, and Scale for around 150 to 300 or more. If you're unsure, start on the plan closest to your volume and move up any time.

What counts as a reconciled transaction, and what happens if I reach my limit?

A reconciled transaction is one that Ezyiah has matched and coded. Re-viewing, exporting and failed runs don't use any. If you reach your limit, your live bank feeds queue instead of dropping, so nothing is lost while you top up. Top-up packs are 2,500 transactions for $85, 5,000 transactions for $175, 12,500 transactions for $425 and 25,000 transactions for $799.

Do I pay extra for more clients or bank feeds?

No. Unlimited clients and unlimited live bank feeds are included in every plan, and there are no setup fees. Your plan is based on transaction volume, not on how many clients or bank feeds you add.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try Ezyiah free and reconcile up to 1,000 transactions before you choose a plan, so you can test it on real client work.

How is Ezyiah's pricing different from Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks?

Ezyiah isn't priced per client, so your cost doesn't climb as you add clients. Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks are manual ledgers, where your team codes and reconciles each transaction by hand. With Ezyiah, the AI does the reconciliation and your team reviews it, so you pay for the work completed rather than for every client on your books.

How does annual billing work, and can I change or cancel?

Annual plans are charged upfront for the year and save you 25% compared with paying monthly. Ezyiah is also 100% tax deductible for Australian accounting professionals. You can move between plans or cancel any time, and you can export your data whenever you need it.
