The purpose of this Refund Policy is to clarify Ezyiah’s position regarding refunds, cancellations, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring that all users understand our no-refund terms upfront.

This policy applies to all users of the Ezyiah platform, including individuals, business owners, and tax professionals in Australia who have purchased paid services or subscription plans.


3. No Refund Policy

Ezyiah does not offer refunds for any subscription or service, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a service.
  • Partial Use: Refunds will not be granted for partial use of services or unused time on subscriptions.
  • User Error: Errors in selecting subscription tiers or plans are not grounds for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: In rare cases of ongoing technical problems, users are encouraged to contact support, but refunds will not be issued.

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance

While we do not provide refunds outside of our policy, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected:

  • Consumer Guarantees: If a service is not delivered with due care or does not match its description or purpose, you may be entitled to remedies such as re-supply.

  • No Contractual Override: This policy does not override your legal entitlements under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).


5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Ezyiah subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

  • Continued Access: You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Ezyiah:

  • Account Suspension: Your account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy
