  • Ezyiah is designed to assist professional users with accounting tasks, including transaction reconciliation, BAS prompts (G1, 1A, 1B), and profit and loss reporting.
  • The Platform provides tools, guidance, and AI-generated outputs to streamline workflow.
  • Ezyiah is not a substitute for professional judgment.

2. User Responsibility

  • Final review responsibility of all outputs rests with the user, including accountants, BAS agents, tax agents, and business owners.
  • Users must validate, review, and approve all AI outputs before submission or use for reporting, lodgement, or client advice.
  • Users are solely responsible for compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional obligations.

3. AI Outputs

  • AI-generated outputs are assistance tools only.
  • AI outputs are probabilistic and should always undergo human review.
  • Ezyiah does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs in all circumstances, though the system is designed for reliability and efficiency.

4. Lodgement and Filing

  • Ezyiah does not lodge tax returns, BAS, or other documents on behalf of users.
  • Any submission to the ATO or other regulatory authorities is the responsibility of the user.

5. No Liability for Professional Decisions

  • Ezyiah is not liable for any losses, penalties, or errors resulting from user reliance on AI outputs without proper review.
  • Users indemnify Ezyiah against claims arising from non-compliance, incorrect reporting, or professional mistakes.
