2.1 Purpose
This policy ensures the proper and lawful use of the Services and forms part of the Terms.
2.2 Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- upload unlawful, infringing or unauthorised data, or data you do not have consent to process;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or attempt to extract the AI models or underlying technology;
- use Output to mislead clients, regulators or any other person;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to manipulate the AI Memory feature, bank feed systems, or any financial data interfaces, including Fiskil;
- circumvent or test security, gain unauthorised access, or disrupt or degrade the Services;
- introduce malicious code or unlawful material; or
- use the Services to provide unlicensed professional services or in breach of professional or legal obligations.
2.3 Enforcement
Breaches may result in suspension or termination under section 1.17. You remain liable for misuse, including after termination.
